These are funds regulated in Guernsey by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. This jurisdiction offers a competitive and flexible funds regime which is subject to the appropriate level of regulation and investor protection. It is one of the largest global offshore financial centres, with a thriving funds industry.

Non-Guernsey Funds

We offer services for non-Guernsey scheme funds, both open and closed-ended. The Cannon team currently works with a number of non-Guernsey based service providers whom we would be happy to connect you with and to work alongside.
